We strive to provide you with the fastest delivery, normally, the whole processing and shipping period will take 7-14 business days.

-Process after your order is placed

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

-The standard of shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over $99 worldwide. 

$20 shipping charge will be applied at checkout to orders from $0 to $15

$10 shipping charge will be applied at checkout to orders from $15 to $99.

-What to do if parcel has not reached me within the normal time frame?

We are welcome any email about you confuse including but not limited to order status, shipping problem even information change, we will try our best to response or solve your question as soon as possible. Otherwise, if your order has not arrived within 60 business days, please contact us at [email protected]. We will take immediate remedial actions.
